Nayna ExpressFLOW™ Solutions

The Nayna ExpressFLOW ATM based G.983 compliant Passive Optical Networks (PON) solutions consist of three major elements: The ExpressFLOW X9000/X900™ series, the ExpressFLOW X9500/X950™ series and the ExpressManager™, which is an integrated element management system with an easy to use GUI (Graphical User Interface). The ExpressFLOW X9000/X900™ series is designed to provide carrier class 2-in-1 broadband data and voice services. Together they share an integrated control plane, forming a single distributed system.

The ExpressFLOW X9000 system resides at the service provider's central office, point-of-presence (POP) or headend and connects to ExpressFLOW X900 series subscriber gateway units, which reside at the customer locations. These customer locations can be up to 20 kilometers away. This would cover 90% of the service providers endpoints and access from the central office, without the need for additional multiplexing equipment. The X9000 series, designed to meet carrier-class standards, supports both legacy TDM (Time Division Multiplexing) services and IP-centric (Internet Protocol) multi-services. The solutions unique ExpressFLOW architecture provides a non-blocking parallel lane structure resulting in superior performance. The ExpressFLOW X900 series subscriber gateway is a fiber on-ramp unit providing multiple services to customers including businesses and residential customers.

In addition to ExpressFLOW X9000/X900, Nayna offers ExpressFLOW X9500/X950™, which is an entirely new category that provides Video CATV services in addition to Broadband Data and Voice Services. The X9500 is the headend terminal which resides at the service provider's central office and the X950 is the advanced subscriber gateway located at the subscriber end.

The ExpressManager software platform manages complete OAMP (Operations, Administration, Maintenance, and Provisioning) functionality for all elements of the X9000/X900 and X9500/X950 series.
